Overview

Global Resell LLC is a wholesale distribution company operating exclusively within the business-to-business (B2B) marketplace. All shipping terms, carrier arrangements, and fulfillment procedures outlined in this policy apply solely to verified wholesale account holders. By placing an order through our platform, the buyer acknowledges and agrees to be bound by the terms set forth herein. Global Resell LLC reserves the right to amend this policy at any time without prior notice. Continued use of our platform following any such amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

Order Processing

All orders placed through the Global Resell LLC platform are subject to a standard processing window of 24 to 48 business hours from the time of order confirmation, provided the account is in good standing and all verification requirements have been satisfied. Orders placed outside of regular business hours, on weekends, or on federally observed holidays will begin processing on the next available business day. Global Resell LLC does not guarantee same-day processing under any circumstances unless expressly agreed upon in writing by an authorized company representative. Processing time is separate and distinct from transit time and does not constitute a delivery commitment.

Fast 1–2 Day Delivery Service

For eligible buyers within qualifying regional shipping zones, Global Resell LLC offers a promotional Fast 1–2 Day Delivery Service. This expedited option is available on select product categories and order sizes as determined at the sole discretion of Global Resell LLC. Eligibility is assessed at the time of order and may vary based on inventory availability, carrier capacity, destination zip code, and account status. The 1–2 day timeframe refers to estimated business transit days following order processing and does not include weekends or holidays. Global Resell LLC makes no binding guarantee of delivery within this window and shall not be held liable for delays caused by carrier operations, force majeure events, or circumstances beyond our direct control. Buyers interested in this service should confirm eligibility with our sales team prior to order placement.

Freight and LTL Shipments

Orders of significant volume or weight, including those constituting full or partial pallet quantities, will be routed through our network of licensed freight and Less-Than-Truckload (LTL) carriers at the discretion of Global Resell LLC. Once a shipment is tendered to a freight carrier, the carrier’s standard terms of service and transit timelines govern delivery operations. The buyer is solely responsible for all additional freight-related charges that may arise beyond the base shipping rate quoted at checkout. This expressly includes, but is not limited to, liftgate service fees, residential delivery surcharges, inside delivery fees, re-delivery charges, and storage or detention fees resulting from the buyer’s failure to accept a scheduled delivery.

It is the buyer’s responsibility to ensure that the designated delivery location is equipped to receive freight shipments and to arrange for appropriate unloading equipment and personnel. Global Resell LLC will not assume financial responsibility for accessorial charges incurred after a shipment has been tendered to the carrier.

Blind Shipping and Dropshipping

Global Resell LLC does not offer, support, or permit blind shipping or third-party dropshipping arrangements of any kind. All shipments will be dispatched with Global Resell LLC identified as the shipper of record. Buyers may not request that company identification, packing slips, or invoices be omitted, altered, or replaced with third-party branding for the purpose of concealing the origin of goods. Any account found to be utilizing our platform as a dropshipping supplier without prior written authorization will be subject to immediate account suspension and forfeiture of any pending orders. This policy is non-negotiable and applies uniformly to all account types and agreement structures.

Reporting Shortages and Shipping Damages

Global Resell LLC takes quality control and accurate order fulfillment seriously. In the event that a shipment is received with visible damage, missing items, or a discrepancy in quantity, the buyer must notify Global Resell LLC in writing within 48 hours of confirmed delivery. Notification must be directed to contact@global-resell.com and must include the original order number, a detailed written description of the damage or shortage, and clear photographic evidence documenting the condition of the outer packaging, inner packaging, and affected merchandise. Claims submitted beyond the 48-hour window will not be considered, and Global Resell LLC reserves the right to deny any claim that is unsupported by the required documentation.

Buyers are strongly advised to inspect all deliveries at the time of receipt and, where applicable, to note visible damage on the carrier’s delivery receipt before signing. Acceptance of a shipment without notation of damage may limit or void the buyer’s ability to file a claim with the carrier or with Global Resell LLC.

Carrier Selection and Liability

Global Resell LLC reserves the right to select the shipping carrier and service level for all outbound orders unless a specific carrier is agreed upon in writing prior to shipment. Once a shipment is transferred to the carrier, title and risk of loss pass to the buyer. Global Resell LLC’s liability with respect to any lost or damaged shipment is limited to the documented wholesale value of the affected goods and is contingent upon the buyer’s compliance with the damage reporting procedures outlined in this policy. It is the buyer’s responsibility to ensure that all shipping addresses, contact names, and delivery instructions are accurate and complete prior to order submission.

General Provisions

This Shipping Policy is governed by the laws of the State of Florida without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes arising from or related to shipping, fulfillment, or the terms of this policy shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Duval County, Florida.
