Overview
Global Resell LLC operates exclusively as a business-to-business (B2B) wholesale distributor. The following Return and Refund Policy governs all transactions conducted through our platform and applies solely to verified wholesale account holders. By placing an order with Global Resell LLC, the buyer expressly acknowledges and agrees to the terms set forth in this policy. These terms reflect the nature of wholesale commerce, where goods are purchased in volume at discounted pricing with the understanding that sales are transactional, final, and governed by agreed-upon commercial terms rather than consumer retail conventions. Global Resell LLC reserves the right to modify this policy at any time.
All Sales Are Final — General Policy
All wholesale purchases made through Global Resell LLC are considered final at the time of order confirmation. Global Resell LLC does not accept returns based on buyer’s remorse, a change in business direction, failure to resell merchandise, overstocking, or any other circumstance rooted in the buyer’s commercial outcomes rather than a verifiable product defect or fulfillment error on the part of Global Resell LLC. The wholesale pricing structure offered through our platform reflects the final-sale nature of these transactions, and buyers are expected to conduct appropriate due diligence regarding product suitability, market demand, and regulatory compliance before placing an order. Unsold inventory, slow-moving stock, or merchandise that no longer aligns with the buyer’s business strategy does not constitute grounds for a return or refund under any circumstances.
Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Requirement
No merchandise may be returned to Global Resell LLC under any circumstances without a valid Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number issued in writing by an authorized Global Resell LLC representative. Any shipment returned to our facility without a pre-approved RMA number will be refused at the point of delivery and returned to the sender at the buyer’s sole expense. To initiate an RMA request, the buyer must contact our team at contact@global-resell.com with the original order number, a detailed description of the reason for return, and any supporting documentation or photographic evidence as applicable.
Submission of an RMA request does not constitute approval. Global Resell LLC will evaluate each request on its individual merits and respond within a reasonable timeframe. Approval or denial of an RMA request is made at the sole discretion of Global Resell LLC. Approved RMA numbers are valid for fourteen (14) calendar days from the date of issuance. Merchandise received after the RMA expiration date will be refused and returned at the buyer’s expense.
Damaged or Defective Merchandise
Global Resell LLC stands behind the accuracy of its fulfillment operations and will work in good faith to resolve verified cases of damaged or defective merchandise. In the event that a buyer receives goods that are damaged in transit, materially defective, or do not conform to the product description at the time of purchase, the buyer must notify Global Resell LLC in writing at contact@global-resell.com within five (5) business days of the confirmed delivery date. The written notification must include the original order number, a clear and detailed description of the defect or damage, and comprehensive photographic documentation.
Claims submitted after the five-business-day window will not be accepted, and Global Resell LLC will have no obligation to issue a replacement, credit, or refund in connection with an untimely claim. Upon receipt and review of a valid claim, Global Resell LLC may, at its discretion, offer a replacement of the affected units, a store credit, or a partial or full refund limited to the wholesale invoice value of the confirmed defective or damaged goods.
Restocking Fee and Return Shipping Costs
In the limited circumstances where Global Resell LLC authorizes a return for non-defective merchandise, such authorization is conditioned upon the application of a mandatory restocking fee of twenty percent (20%) of the original invoice value of the returned goods. This fee is non-negotiable and will be deducted from any refund or credit issued upon receipt and inspection of the returned merchandise. The buyer is solely responsible for all return shipping costs, including carrier fees, packaging materials, and any insurance required to protect the goods in transit.
Merchandise must be returned in its original, unopened, and undamaged condition, inclusive of all original packaging, labeling, and documentation. Global Resell LLC reserves the right to refuse credit or reduce the refund amount if returned merchandise is received in a condition that differs from its original state. Return shipments must be sent using a trackable shipping method, and the buyer assumes all risk of loss or damage during return transit.
Amazon FBA, Platform Restrictions, and Third-Party Marketplace Compliance
Global Resell LLC supplies wholesale merchandise to buyers who may elect to resell through third-party platforms, including Amazon, eBay, Walmart Marketplace, and others. It is the buyer’s sole and exclusive responsibility to verify, prior to purchase, that any merchandise acquired from Global Resell LLC is eligible for listing and sale on the buyer’s intended resale platform. Global Resell LLC makes no representations, warranties, or guarantees regarding a product’s eligibility for sale on Amazon or any other marketplace, including but not limited to Amazon FBA acceptance, ASIN restrictions, brand gating, ungating requirements, listing suppression, intellectual property complaints, or any platform-level enforcement action.
Failure to gain approval to list a product on Amazon or any other platform does not constitute a product defect and does not entitle the buyer to a return, refund, or credit of any kind. Buyers who resell on third-party platforms accept all associated platform risk as an inherent element of their own business operations, entirely independent of Global Resell LLC.
No Refunds on Shipping Charges
Under no circumstances will Global Resell LLC issue a refund for original shipping charges, freight costs, or any accessorial fees paid in connection with an order, unless the return is the direct result of a fulfillment error exclusively attributable to Global Resell LLC. In such cases, reimbursement of shipping costs will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis and will not exceed the documented shipping cost associated with the original order.
Credits and Refund Processing
Where a refund or store credit is approved by Global Resell LLC following the completion of the return process and inspection of returned merchandise, such refunds will be processed within ten (10) to fifteen (15) business days of our receipt and approval of the returned goods. Refunds will be issued in the same form as the original payment method unless Global Resell LLC determines that a store credit is the appropriate remedy. Store credits are non-transferable, carry no cash value, and may be applied solely toward future purchases made through the Global Resell LLC platform.
General Provisions
This Return and Refund Policy is governed exclusively by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions. Any disputes arising out of or relating to a return, refund, or claim under this policy shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Duval County, Florida.
